My daughter's office is about 100 feet from Little Haiti in Miami, FL. They're warm, delightful neighbors and they cook up Creole dishes. MMMMM And chicken hindquarters are about $.59/pound. I would assume that squirrel and cat meats are fairly similar--sparse and tough. I'm pretty sure that they'd prefer chicken.
